This project focuses on organizing local producers, farmers, and small entrepreneurs into cooperative groups known as Jana Shamabay Samiti. These cooperatives serve as platforms for collective action, resource sharing, and improved access to markets. At the same time, the project works to develop efficient and sustainable supply chains that connect producers directly with buyers, reducing dependency on intermediaries and ensuring fair pricing.
