Women and Child Rights Advocacy Program

The Women and Child Rights Advocacy Program of Manav Unnayan Kendro (MUK) is dedicated to promoting, protecting, and ensuring the rights of women and children through awareness, community engagement, and institutional strengthening. The program addresses issues such as gender inequality, violence, discrimination, and limited access to justice and essential services.

Project Overview

Women and children in many communities continue to face violations of their basic rights, including gender-based violence, child abuse, early marriage, and social exclusion. This program works at the grassroots level to empower communities, strengthen support systems, and advocate for policy implementation to safeguard their rights. MUK collaborates with local government bodies, civil society organizations, and community leaders to create a supportive environment where women and children can live with dignity, safety, and equal opportunities.
